Cancellation Policy

At Game IQ Global, we are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring that all reservations are handled with sufficient time and preparation. To maintain quality service and optimize our scheduling, we have implemented a Cancellation Fee Policy. This policy applies to all Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date. To avoid any cancellation fees, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled service. If you cancel with less than 24 hours hours notice, the following cancellation fees will apply. More than 24 hours before the service: No cancellation fee will be charged, and you may receive a full refund (if applicable) or have the option to reschedule without penalty. Less than 24 hours before the service: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged. This amount will be retained to cover the cost of reserving your spot and any preparation time. If you fail to cancel and do not show up for your scheduled service, you will be charged the full service amount, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided. If you wish to reschedule your appointment instead of canceling, we are happy to accommodate you if you provide at least 24 hours notice before the original service date. For rescheduled appointments made less than 24 hours in advance, the cancellation fees may still apply, and additional charges may apply if the rescheduled date requires extra preparation or changes to your original booking. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. In certain cases, exceptions may be made to this policy, including but not limited to: - Medical emergencies (subject to appropriate documentation). - Personal emergencies (subject to review). - Acts of nature or other events beyond your control (subject to review). We ask that you notify us as soon as possible if any of the above situations apply, and we will do our best to accommodate you. For any service cancellations that qualify for a refund (as specified in the above notice periods), refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 2 days for the refund to be reflected on your account. By making a booking or reservation with Game IQ Global, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
